Description

Purpose. This FOA is issued by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) to solicit a U01 application for research to follow up research previously funded under RFA-HG-06-008 (Public Consultation to Inform the Design of Possible Large-Scale Studies of Genes and Environment in Common Disease (U01)).The purpose is to obtain additional public input regarding various issues that arose in the initial (pilot) public consultation study, building on the research infrastructure developed in the initial study.This is a Limited Competition FOA. The application under this FOA must have received funding support from RFA-HG-06-008.The Principal Investigator (PI) on this award, any of the subcontract PIs, or other key participants on the award, are eligible to submit an application as a PI or co-PI in response to this competition.
