Description

The Bureau of Justice Assistance’s (BJA) Adult Drug Court Research to Practice Initiative supports the Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program (42 U.S.C. 3797u et seq.), which assists communities to develop effective drug court strategies for nonviolent substance-abusing offenders. BJA, in partnership with the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), is seeking applications from organizations with the ability to translate and develop the latest adult drug court research findings into practical tools for the drug court field.

• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
• For-profit organizations other than small businesses
• Small businesses
