Purpose of Program: The Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant Program provides grants for emergency repairs and modernization of school facilities to certain eligible local educational agencies (LEAs) that receive formula Impact Aid funds. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.041C. Applications for grants under the Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant Program, CFDA number 84.041C, must be submitted electronically using the e-Application system available through the Department's e-Grants system, accessible through the e-Grants portal page at: http://e-grants.ed.gov.
