Description

The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement (Agreement) is to survey the population of the federally endangered light-footed clapper rail (Rallus longirostris levipes) breeding on Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach (Station)/Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge (SBNWR) and provide the Navy with a report. Data are to be presented in two formats: a written scientific report (both paper and electronic forms) and electronic raw data.
