1. The FOA has been revised to reflect the transition from Pure Edge to Adobe software, to incorporate the final State Allocations for Program Year 2009, and to incorporate an additional application form, Project/Performance Site Location(s). 2. Part VII, Questions/Agency Contacts, has been revised to reflect a new Project Officer point of contact for the following grantees: Delaware, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Virginia, and West Virginia. The FOA has been updated to incorporate the final State Allocations for Program Year 2009. 3. The Reporting Requirements Checklist has been revised to incorporate the updated Reporting Requirements Checklist.
