A sensitive plant species survey will be conducted at the Naval Air Facility El Centro (NAF El Centro) The sensitive plant species survey will focus on the Thurber’s pilostyles (Pilostyles thurberi), sand food (Pholisma sonorae), Pierson’s milkvetch (Astragalus magdalenae var. peirsonii), and Wiggins’ croton (Croton wigginsii).
