Description

The purpose of the Cooperative Agreement for the President's New Freedom Initiative: Health Insurance and Financing National Center for CYSHCN is to support a National Center which will provide leadership to the Maternal and Child Health Bureau's Division of Services for Children with Special Health Needs (DSCSHN) on implementing the performance outcome that "children and youth with special health care needs will have access to adequate health insurance and financing to provide the services they need."
