Please access FedConnect to read the full annoucement.The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009,Public Law 111-5,appropriates funding for the Department of Energy (DOE) to issue/awardformula-based grants under the Weatherization Assistance Program.The purpose of the Weatherization Assistance Program is to increase theenergyefficiency of dwellings owned or occupied by low-income persons, reducetheirtotal residential expenditures, and improve their health andsafety.
