Description

DARPA seeks a materials-based agent(s) and delivery system that provides damaged tissue-targeted hemostasis and wound control capable of treating compressible and non-compressible wounds regardless of geometry and location. Successful completion will result in a hand-held delivery system that addresses military needs for control of blood loss and improved wound outcome.See attached DARPA-BAA-09-29
