Description
CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “National Organizations for Nutrition Programs”. Approximately $2,750,000 will be available to fund one award. The purpose of this program is to enhance the capacity of state health departments to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nutrition programs and projects, with a focus on integration with physical activity and other obesity prevention and control interventions to reduce obesity and other chronic diseases.
