CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Strengthening TB/HIV Collaboration in the Kingdom of Lesotho under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $3,750,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the capacity of the Government of Lesotho (GOL) to address nationwide deficiencies in laboratory staff, facilities and equipment which are barriers to scaling up diagnosis and treatment for TB.
