Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9107 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Developing Advanced Prevention, Health Systems and Strategic Information Systems in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $315,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to assist the Government of Vietnam (GVN) to develop in-country capacity within the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to improve services to populations vulnerable to HIV/AIDS, and develop systems to provide information on these populations and services which are strategic for planning and program improvement.
