Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9108 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Strengthening Laboratory Systems and Building Sustainable Human Capacity in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $320,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the capacity of the Vietnam Administration for Medical Services (VAMS) to better addres the laboratory needs in HIV/AIDS and provide HIVE-related support and services.
