Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9112 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Strengthening the Blood Transfusion Services in the Republic of Rwanda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $3,500,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to ensure a safe and adequate blood supply in the Republic of Rwanda. For complete program details, please see the full announcement.
