Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9112 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Strengthening the Blood Transfusion Services in the Republic of Rwanda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $3,500,000 will be available to fund approximately one award.
