Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9116 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Strengthening the Capacity of the Center for Treatment and Research on AIDS, Malaria, Tuberculosis and Other Epidemics (TRACPlus) to Support Program Implementation in the Republic of Rwanda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $3,708,080 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the technical and leadership capacity of TRACPlus to coordinate services for the surveillance of multiple epidemics in the Republic of Rwanda.
