Description

CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “National Laboratory System Infrastructure Improvement Initiative in Uganda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $2,852,265 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to improve the capacity of the national laboratory network within the Uganda health system to offer HIV testing and counseling, treatment monitoring, TB screening and diagnosis and other key tests related to opportunistic infections diagnosis.
