Description

The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to develop leadership and management capacity among middle and senior public health program managers. This should help strengthen the health care system as Malawi embarks on a national effort to expand HIV prevention, treatment, and care in the country. This is particularly important as Malawi plans to expand these services to the Districts through decentralization of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
