Description

The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to support the government of Vietnam’s ability to build a sustainable response to its national HIV/AIDS epidemic by strengthening its laboratory infrastructure to promote capacity to support surveillance, diagnosis, treatment, disease-monitoring and HIV screening for blood safety. These activities continue to be a priority for PEPFAR. In Vietnam most laboratory support is directed through government institutions, including the Pasteur Institute.
