Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-915 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Peer to Peer Capacity Building of Ministries of Health in Public Sector HIV Program Management under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $7,000,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to help strengthen the capacity of Ministries of Health (MOHs) to effectively manage public sector HIV programs through peer-to-peer capacity-building conducted by U.S. senior HIV public health officials.
