Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-998 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Increasing Access of Voluntary Counseling and Testing Services to the Hot Spot Urban-Rural Settings and Improving Care & Support Services at the Community Level in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $1,700,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to strengthen mobile counseling and testing (MVCT) services in urban and rural “hot spots” to reach most at-risk and underserved populations.
