Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-996 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Establishment of a Regional Caribbean HIV Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Training and Technical Assistance Coordination Center under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $175,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to substantially increase the ability of HIV/AIDS leaders, program managers and staff across the region to design and implement strategies to collect and use M&E data and strategic information to inform policy, set priorities, create decisions, improve program performance, document results, and account for resources.
