Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-971 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Scale Up of Home Based Care Activities for People Living with HIV/AIDS including Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Provision of Quality Home Based Testing and Counseling Services in the United Republic of Tanzania under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $7,000,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to continue providing high quality and appropriate home based care to individuals living with HIV/AIDS and to improve capacity for coordination of scaling up of quality Home Counseling and Testing (HCT) in the United Republic of Tanzania.
