Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-916 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Confidential Counseling and Testing of Couples in the Republic of Rwanda under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $750,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to support the development and expansion of confidential counseling and testing for couples in HIV Care and Treatment services in the Republic of Rwanda.
