Description

Amendment 02: The purpose of this modification is to close the BAA. Original Synopsis Below.DARPA is soliciting innovative research and development (R&D) proposals in the area of Efficient Linearized All-Silicon Transmitter ICs (ELASTx). The goal of this program is to enable monolithic, ultra high power efficiency, ultra high linearity, millimeter-wave, silicon-based transmitter integrated circuits (ICs) for next-generation military microsystems in areas such as radar and communications. DARPA envisions that this goal will be achieved by investigating and developing complex, silicon-enabled RF, analog and mixed-signal circuit design techniques. All administrative correspondence and questions on this solicitation, including requests for information on how to submit a proposal abstract or full proposal to this BAA, should be directed to DARPA-BAA-09-36@darpa.mil.
