Description
It is the intent of the Bureau to enter into Cooperative Agreements for grants and reimbursable costs related to wildland fire management directly associated with Preparedness programs contracted by tribes under or designated tribal organizations under the authority of the National Indian Forest Resources Management Act P.L. 101-630, 25 U.S.C. 3101-3120, specifically 3115, or, For cooperative agreements for reimbursable costs related to wildfire management support of the Bureau wildland fire management mission by tribes and designated tribal organizations under the authority of the National Indian Forest Resources Management Act P.L. 101-630, 25 U.S.C. 3101-3120, specifically 3115. Please contact your Regional Fire Management Office of your location.
