Description
The OJJDP FY 09 VOCA Training and Technical Assistance for Child Abuse Prosecutors program will fund a national training and technical assistance program for attorneys and others involved in the criminal prosecution of child abuse in order to enhance the effectiveness of the investigation and prosecution of such crimes. This program is authorized under the Victims of Child Abuse (VOCA) Act 42 U.S.C. Section 13003.

- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
