Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9104 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Improving HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Activities in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $3,992,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to build the capacities of the Ministry of Health (MOH) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and its entities to improve the design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities.
