Description
Request for Proposals for the Middle Rio Grande Bosque Initiative, Federal fiscal year 2009. This program was established to implement recommendations of the Middle Rio Grande Ecosystem: Bosque Biological Management Plan (Crawford etal, 1993) and its Update (Robert, 2005). The focus area is the Middle Rio Grande watershed, New Mexico (watershed between Cochiti Dam and headwaters of Elephant Butte Reservoir). Submission for proposals for research, monitoring, on-the-ground habitat restoration, and educational outreach project is requested.
