Description
This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. This project is in Paradise Valley, Nevada, approximately 40 miles north of Winnemucca, Nevada. The Paradise Valley Weed Control District (PVWCD) is a governmental entity authorized under Nevada State Law and is created for the sole purpose of controlling invasive species within its boundaries. This includes tens of thousands of acres of BLM administered and National Forest lands, in addition to the private property owned by members of the District. This project is a continuation of weed control activities in Paradise Valley, Nevada
