Description
The Agricultural Development Program (ADP) is a Federal funding opportunity to provide the Island of Molokai help to revitalize the local economy. NRCS is requesting proposals for the State of Hawaii Agricultural Development Program, for the island of Molokai. This program is to support community-based and community-driven projects that promote agricultural development. This effort is to: establish projects that will positively impact the Molokai economy by supporting diversified agriculture; provide financial and technical support to help ensure the agricultural enterprises are sustainable in the long term; and be consistent with the values and desires of the island of Molokai
