Description

USAID/RDMA intends to support a new US-China environmental partnership program focusing on clean energy solutions that promote real and sustainable reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Public or private U.S. educational institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are eligible to submit applications to this Request for Applications (RFA).
