Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to award a cooperative agreement to the Friends of Rhode Island National Wildlife Refuges of Rhode Island. This agreement will include the administration of the youth version of the Green Cafe, including training, supporting and mentoring youth from ages 14 - 17.
