Description
The Philadelphia Critical Infrastructure Protection Program (PCIPP) is a grant program that constitutes one part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) focus on infrastructure protection activities. The PCIPP is one among a comprehensive set of measures authorized by Congress and implemented by DHS to help strengthen the nation’s critical infrastructure against risks associated with potential terrorist attacks.
