Description

The National Fire Plan directs the BLM to collaboratively develop and implement WUI projects that are identified in Community Wildfire Prevention Plans. Maricopa County Emergency Management is currently taking the lead in developing a Western Maricopa County CWPP. The county will be the focal point for implementation of this CWPP and will utilize the funds to implement projects that are currently being identified in the CWPP development process.
