Description

The Government hereby requests an application from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) for assistance to result in a Cooperative Agreement with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for completion of the New England Transportation Consortium (NETC) Research Study 06-1: New England Verification of National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) 1-37A Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG). The purpose of the study is to provide information for the six New England states and New York to facilitate the implementation of the MEPDG.
