Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Chesapeake Bay Program Office, is announcing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for recipients to provide the Chesapeake Bay Program partners with technical and scientific support services related to: 1) enhanced monitoring to improve the assessment of sediment and nutrient load reductions for the Chesapeake Bay Program; and 2) Chesapeake Bay Baywide and Basinwide Water Quality and Living Resources Data Analysis and Interpretation. This RFP sets forth the process that will be used for competitively selecting recipients that will provide technical and programmatic support for water quality monitoring and data analysis and interpretation in the Chesapeake Bay watershed subject to the availability of funding for cooperative agreements, under the authority of Section 117(d) of the Clean Water Act.
