Description

Purpose of this project is leading farmers to a decision in their farming operation resulting in reduced soil erosion and nutrients entering the stream and improving water quality. Plans may address any of the resource concerns in the pennsylvania Technical Guide on all operations with emphasis on crop and livestock operations neding technical assistance that results in a change of operation. conservation Plans that document the current operation on the farm are not the focus of this program.
