Description

This program is to obtain streamflow, water chemistry and climate data from strategically located sites. These sites will provide baseline data which will supplement site-specific monitoring programs and assist with management decisions to protect water resources. River gages, meteorological stations, water quality assessments and snow surveys will be collected and real-time data from remote sites will be made available via telemetry which will enhance management decisions needed for such activities as tundra travel and water withdrawals.
