The Government is requesting an application from the University of New Hampshire for assistance to result in a Cooperative Agreeemnt with FHWA for completion of the New England Transportation Consortium (NETC) Research Study 04-3: Estimating the Magnitude of Peak Flows for Steep Gradient Streams in New England. The puprose of the study is to provide information for the six New England states to estimate the magnitudes of peak flows for steep gradient streams in New England.
