Description

This Agreement is for the design and implementation of Flat Tailed Horned Lizard (FTHL) surveys on behalf of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Yuma, Arizona utilizing scientifically accepted techniques from the Flat Tailed Horned Lizard Monitoring Protocol (FTHL ICC 2008).
