ArchivedDepartment of the Interior
Description
Lake County is a very large county represented by approximately 20 different watershed councils. This project will facilitate a cooperative effort between multiple watershed councils and the BLM to actively control, inventory, and restore both public and adjoining private lands within all watersheds affected by noxious weeds. This will allow for the restoration and enhancement of wildlife habitat and other resources on public lands across multiple ownerships and watersheds.
