Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a grant to Kittitas Conservation Trust, Washington, for the design and construction of a new surface water diversion and ground water well(s)for use by the water user(s) for improved flows to benefit fish and wildlife and improve water delivery for irrigation and stock water purposes.
