Description

The objective of this project is to generate guidlines and projections for the Reasonable Foreseeable Development (RFD) Scenario for the Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico Pecos District to include Roswell and Carlsbad Field Offices. The scope of this study encompasses the New Mexico portion of the Permian Basin for a duration of 20 years.
