This project provides a means of joint cooperation between the BLM and OPRD in order to protect and provide outstanding natural, scenic, cultural, historic and recreational sites along the Oregon shoreline (Ocean Beaches) in Coos County, Oregon, for the enjoyment and education of present and future generations.
