THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - THERE IS NO "FULL ANNOUNCEMENT" ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The USFWS intents to award a Cooperative Agreement to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation for the purpose of working towards restoring habitats for Atlantic salmon and 11 other diadromous fish found in coastal Maine watersheds. This Agreement is to develop information and datasets on diadromous fish habitat, to undertake GIS mapping and analysis to prioritize barrier removals in the Gulf of Maine watershed, and to provide information to local and state agencies.
