THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - THERE IS NO "FULL ANNOUNCEMENT" ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The USFWS intents to award a Cooperative Agreement to the Town of Plymouth, Massachusetts for the purpose of restoring fish access and riverine habitat on Town Brook for the benefit of diadromous and resident fish species. This Agreement is to support the removal of the Off Billington Street and Plymco Dams on Town Brook in Plymouth.
