Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission at Kampala, Uganda intends to enter into a cooperative agreement for the implementation of the Stengthening Decentralization for Sustainability in Uganda program specifically described in Section D, entitled Program Description of this RFA.USAID is seeking applications from eligible U.S and Non-U.S organizations and institutions, in the form of partnerships or consortia that include Ugandan organizations, interested in providing the services described in this solicitation.
