Description
IECGP is a grant program created by the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-53). IECGP is administered by the FEMA’s Grant Programs Directorate, in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Emergency Communications. In Fiscal Year 2010, $48,000,000 is appropriated for IECGP grants to States and territories by the Department of Homeland Security Act, 2010 (Public Law 111-83). The eligible applicants for this grant program are the SAAs of the 56 States and territories.
