This is a Notice of Intent; not eligible for competition. Reclamation is partnering with the Nevada Division of Parks (PARKS) to fulfill a portion of the LCR MSCP’s habitat creation/restoration goals. PARKS is the adjacent landowner on either side of the Big Bend Conservation Area (BBCA). A land use agreement (LUA) has been signed between Southern Nevada Water Authority, Nevada Division of Wildlife, PARKS, and Reclamation; this document identifies potential program lands adjacent to the Big Bend of the Colorado State Recreation Area and water on the area for the purpose of the LCR MSCP. The document also defines the roles and responsibilities of each party as they pertain to BBCA conservation area for the life of the program.
