The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as represented by the Office of Development Partners, Private and Voluntary Cooperation Division (ODP/PVC) is seeking applications for an Assistance Agreement for funding a program for “Development and expansion of economic assistance programs that fully utilize cooperatives and credit unions”. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
